>it wasn’t your fault? are you sure? let me put it this way..the PRC have always emphasized that they are not encouraging applicants for the NLE to have someone apply for them because they require us to come personally to the office and apply PERSONALLY. I am also a northcap reviewee and i was able to take my exams because I FILED MY APPLICATION PERSONALLY. I wasn’t lured by the convenience of not having to line all day waiting for my turn at PRC. It’s just so sad that people seem to blame everybody but never themselves…why is that so?? because we are just too proud to admit that we are wrong…Number 1 defense mechanism of Filipinos–Projection (blaming others), how true…it maybe Northcap’s fault…partly yeah…but most of it? it would fall on us…because we want it simple—without going through the process. If you just kept a bit of rational thinking in you, then that would have changed your story….
