This recipe for peanut butter and chocolate cookies I saw on my Facebook feed over the weekend from Rachel Ray and I got so curious I gave it a go. Well, it’s peanut butter and chocolate. What more can you ask? (Somewhere, I know MFP is jumping up and down, don’t dare deny it.)
There is no flour at all in this peanut butter and chocolate cookies recipe and it might not be something that the doctor would recommend but it tastes oh so yummy and is done with only one step, so why not? I swear if you have always thought about baking, this is your chance (and yes, that means you, LJ)!
The cookies that come out of this recipe taste like, when you were little and you went to the beach, and you ate something sweet and your hands are salty from swimming in the ocean, the taste of these peanut butter chocolate cookies is exactly that: sweet, salty, moist, and simply heaven. It is one big delight that you can make in a few minutes!
My Man loved it totally. I’m not the biggest fan of peanut butter, and actually I used cashew butter because it is abundant in my place, and the cookies are just moist, chewy, and utterly, utterly indulgent, they are very hard to pass. Make somebody happy today by baking a fresh batch of these peanut butter chocolate cookies – the easiest in the entire galaxy! :D
