Can you imagine what kind of looks you will get if you join a beauty contest and say you were born in Intercourse, Pennsylvania, USA or maybe Sandy Balls, Hampshire, UK? OMG, I saw this awesome list of actual places around the globe with such odd names and it made me laugh so hard. The grief that may come in saying, and further explaining, that you live in places with such crazy names is beyond me.
Think along the likes of Batman, Turkey; Fucking, Tarsdorf, Austria; Ogre, Latvia; Worms, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany; Saint-Louis-du-Ha! Ha!, Quebec, Canada; and Dildo, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. I guess the only consolation is they always make for interesting conversation.
